Project Components:

The project includes a shared basement and extensive external landscaping, enhancing the guest experience and surrounding environment.

TAJ is responsible for managing and delivering all project assets in full compliance with the Employer’s Requirements, codes, and design specifications. This includes providing all necessary resources, materials, labor, and utilities to meet project milestones.

With a total Gross Floor Area (GFA) of approximately 67,500 sqm, the Qiddiya MSHC project will create a luxury destination that seamlessly integrates hospitality and motorsport.
